# Organization Profile

The organization profile stores your school identity information.

## Before you start

You need permission to view and manage organization settings.

## Step-by-step guide

1. Go to **Organization > Organization Profile**.
2. Review the current organization details.
3. Upload or change the logo if needed.
4. Edit **Organization Name**, **Tagline**, **About Us**, and **Website URL**.
5. Select **Save Changes**.

## What SmartAcademy does in the background

The backend validates the organization update, stores the profile fields and logo reference, and records an organization profile audit entry.

## Tips

- Keep the organization name consistent with fee receipts and school communication.
- Use a clear square logo for better display in the app.
