### What You Get

As part of your free trial, you'll receive **₹10 in credits** that you can use for messaging during this period.

### Important Notes

* **Credits**: Even after your free trial expires, your credits will not expire; they will be saved permanently. However, to use them after the free trial, you will need to purchase a plan.
* **Service Conversations**: After the trial, only free service conversations are available. There is no free tier for marketing, utility, or authentication messages.
* **Service Message Charges**: From November 1, 2024, service conversations become fully free for all users. You or your chatbot reply to your customers without any charges.

### WhatsApp Business Account

To enable messaging, you will need to connect an existing or create a new **WhatsApp Business Account**. Here are the requirements:

* **Facebook Account**: You must have a Facebook account (not newly created).
* **Phone or Landline Number**: You will need a phone or landline number that is not registered on WhatsApp Messenger, WhatsApp Business, or WhatsApp Business API. Creating a WhatsApp Business Account is free.
