# WhatsApp Profile Business Compliance Info

To ensure your business complies with regulations and maintains a professional presence, follow these steps to update your compliance information on WhatsApp.

1. **Open WhatsApp Profiles Screen**:\
   To access and update your business compliance information, follow these steps:
   * Click on the **Icon Navigation Card** featuring the Phone icon on your dashboard.
   * Alternatively, navigate through the drawer menu by selecting **WhatsApp Business Account** and then **WhatsApp Profiles**.
2. **Select the WhatsApp Profile**:\
   Find the WhatsApp profile for which you want to update the compliance information:
   * Hold the WhatsApp Profile you wish to edit.
   * In the opened card, click on the tile labeled **Business Compliance Info**.
3. **Update Business Compliance Information**:\
   On the **Business Compliance Info** screen, you will see the following fields to update:
   * **Entity Type**: Choose from LLP, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Public Company, Private Company, or Other.
   * **Is Registered?**: Indicate if the business is registered.
   * **Entity Name**: Enter your business entity’s name.
   * **Entity Type (if Other)**: Specify the entity type if you selected _Other_.
   * **Grievance Officer Name**: Provide the name of your grievance officer.
   * **Grievance Officer Email**: Enter the grievance officer’s email address.
   * **Grievance Officer Landline**: Provide the grievance officer’s landline number.
   * **Grievance Officer Mobile**: Provide the grievance officer’s mobile number.
   * **Customer Care Email**: Enter the customer care email address.
   * **Customer Care Landline**: Provide the customer care landline number.
   * **Customer Care Mobile**: Provide the customer care mobile number.

Once you’ve updated the necessary fields, the changes to your business compliance information will be applied to your WhatsApp profile.
