Admission Inquiries
Admission inquiries are used to record interested families before they become students.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to Admissions > Admission Inquiries.
- Select Add First Inquiry or add a new inquiry from the page action.
- Enter Student Name, Guardian Name, Phone Number, and Target Class.
- Select Save Inquiry.
- Review inquiries in the Admission CRM list.
What SmartAcademy does in the background
The backend saves the inquiry under your organization and records the inquiry creation in audit logs.
Tips
- Use the target class so the admission team can filter and plan capacity.
- Keep guardian phone numbers accurate because they may be reused during enrollment.
