WhatsDiscuss integration connects SmartAcademy communication features to WhatsApp capabilities.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to Integrations > WhatsDiscuss.
2. Select Connect WhatsDiscuss.
3. Complete the connection flow or enter the requested account details.
4. After connection, review WABA ID and account ID when displayed.
5. Use Reconnect Account if credentials need to be replaced.
6. Run a health check if available.

What SmartAcademy does in the background

The backend stores WhatsDiscuss credentials for your organization, verifies health when requested, and uses the connection for WhatsApp profiles and automated fee reminders.

• Connect WhatsDiscuss before using WhatsApp Profiles.
• Make sure guardian WhatsApp numbers are correct for reminders.
