Fee Settings

Fee settings control late fine and reminder timing for your organization.

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to Fees & Finance > Fee Settings.
2. Turn Late Fine on or off.
3. Enter the monthly Due Day.
4. Enter the Fine Per Day amount.
5. Enter the Monthly Reminder Day.
6. Select Save.

The backend stores these values in organization settings, validates that day values are between 1 and 28, and records the settings update.

Tips

• Keep reminder day earlier than the due day if you want advance reminders.
• Late fine settings are used by fee automation and balance calculations where applicable.
