Transaction History and Exports

Transaction history shows payments recorded against student fee assignments.

Fee Payments list

1. Go to Fees & Finance > Fee Payments.
2. Filter by class, section, and date range.
3. Review date, receipt, student, fee structure, amount, mode, and collector.
4. Select the receipt action to download or open a receipt.

Student transaction history

1. Open a student profile or fee transaction route.
2. Review transaction date, receipt, fee structure, mode, amount, and remarks.
3. Use date filters if needed.
4. Select Export Excel or Export PDF.

What SmartAcademy does in the background

The backend loads transactions from the student's assignments, includes collector and fee details, generates receipt output, and creates export files for supported formats.

Tips

• Use transaction history when reconciling account books.
• Receipts depend on stored transaction records; keep payment mode and remarks accurate.
