Logging In

Use this guide when you already have a SmartAcademy user account.

Before you start

You need your registered email address and password. Your account must be active in the school user directory.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open SmartAcademy V2.
2. On the login page, enter your Email Address.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Select Sign In.
5. After successful login, SmartAcademy opens the main dashboard.

What SmartAcademy does in the background

The backend checks your email and password, creates a secure login token, loads your user, role, organization, and branch access, and records a login audit entry.

Common issues

• Wrong password: use the reset password workflow.
• No access to a page: your role may not include that permission.
• Returned to login: your session may have expired; sign in again.
