SmartAcademy V2 Overview

SmartAcademy V2 is a school operations platform. It connects admissions, academics, student records, staff management, attendance, fees, transport, daycare, communication, integrations, and audit history in one admin panel.

Main areas

• Dashboard: quick view of school totals, attendance, fee performance, and recent activity.
• Organization and branches: school profile, academic years, campuses, working hours, holidays, attendance rules, and daycare settings.
• Academics: classes, sections, subjects, periods, and timetables.
• Students: student directory, enrollment, guardians, documents, medical info, attendance, leaves, and promotions.
• Users and staff: staff records, roles, permissions, branch/class/section access, attendance, leaves, overtime, salary, and payroll.
• Fees and finance: categories, structures, student assignments, payments, receipts, late fine settings, and transaction exports.
• Transport and daycare: service plans for students with optional fee assignment creation.
• Communication and integrations: WhatsApp profile management, WhatsDiscuss, and Razorpay.
• Audit logs: a history of important actions performed by users.

Recommended setup order

1. Register the school or log in.
2. Complete the organization profile.
3. Create or confirm the current academic year.
4. Add branches and branch schedules.
5. Configure classes, sections, subjects, and periods.
6. Add users, roles, and staff access.
7. Enroll students and link guardians.
8. Create fee categories and fee structures.
9. Start daily workflows such as attendance, leaves, payments, transport, and daycare.

SmartAcademy keeps every record scoped to your organization. When important records are created or changed, the backend validates permissions, saves the data, and records key actions in audit logs where supported.
